Our steel straps guarantee high quality with no compromise and offer optimal physical and geometrical properties simultaneously. Every millimeter of the strap undergoes a special state of the art heat treatment process. The entire process is done by a PLC Controlled advanced heat treatment which results in excellent elongation, shock resistance and superior break strength of the finished product. The automated Quenching heat treatment secures uniform grain structure across the length of the strap. The heat treatment also produces the characteristic, blue-shimmering oxide layer that naturally serves to protect against corrosion.
